Looking for a Job? Devin - Devdawgg

What is your name?

How old are you?

Where are you from?

What is your profession?

How long have you been playing?
I've been playing off-and-on since Vanilla WoW.  The expansions I played most were WOTLK, Legion, and BFA.  I took a break after the first few weeks of BFA for serious personal reasons but am happy to be back.

Are you the original owner of the account / Do you share your account?
I am the original owner and do not share my account

What types of guilds have you joined in the past?
Mostly raiding guilds

What are reasons you left past guilds?
I left my last guild due to taking a leave from WoW for personal reasons.

What current bosses have you killed and on what difficulty?
Before leaving for personal reasons, was 5/8 H and 1/8 M for Uldir (was only 2-3 weeks after release).  I have watched extensive videos on the new raids and feel comfortable with the mechanics of the fights.

What raiding experience do you have in the past / other expansions?
Most notably AOTC on Antorus.  I started playing Legion toward the very end of the expansion (maybe 4-5 weeks prior to release of BFA) but was still able to quickly pick up on the mechanics and help my clan achieve AOTC.

Besides the toon you are applying with, do you have any other raid-ready toons (list if so)?
No but can do so as the guild needs me too.

Do you raid with other guilds?

What roles have you raided as in the past?
For the most part, I am a range DPS

Name of toon you are applying with:

Class? & Specialization / Off-spec (and ilvl of each)?
Frost mage - 375 currently

Are you willing to take on a different spec if needed?

Please link your armory:

Do you keep your toon maxxed (i.e. enchants/gems/proper talents/glyphs, etc.)?

What is the main source of knowledge for learning your toon (i.e. icy-veins, freinds, etc.)?
I generally lean on Icy-veins to learn about my class and spec.

Are you able to consistently attend raid nights (Tuesday & Thursday 8pm-12am server (CST) time)?(If your answer to the previous question was "no," please explain any conflicts and what you anticipate your attendance would be.)
Yes, these times are perfect for me.

How did you hear about us?
Using the "Find a Guild" functionality in WoW

Do you know anyone in the guild? If so, how?
I do not

What made you want to apply?
This guild seems like the perfect guild for me.  WHJ seems like a work-friendly raiding guild with high but reasonable goals.  Also, the raid times do not put any pressure on my personal life.

What do you expect from us?
I expect the guild to be friendly and welcoming.  I also expect the guild to be reasonable in its expectations of its raiders but also not afraid to provide constructive criticism to help me grow as a player.

Here is your chance to give us any additional information you would like us to know or ask us any questions!
I am willing to be a contributor even outside of the raid through the donation of mats to make feasts and flasks for the guild.  I will also be happy to spend time recruiting top talent to join the guild.

Hi Devin,

Thanks for the application! You sound like you have the right mindset to fit in with our group. We plan on starting the new raid when it releases next week, and want people to have a 410 ilvl for it. That being said, we occasionally run guild M+ so we can help with gear, but know you may have to sit a few weeks until you're up to gear with us. If that sounds good, go ahead and seek out a member of management for an invite! (Kelinnaa, Optik, Djbob, Sidheinn, Liefdekop, or Byrhbs)
